Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions agreement:  1. Some artists and crafters charge a restock fee for cancellations and returns. This fee can vary in amount depending on nature of product. All sellers are fully responsible for shipping and handling, refunds, returns, and damaged goods. Salem and Friends-Artists Among Us marketplace is solely responsible for selling, collecting sales tax, collecting payments, and notifying seller of the sale(s). Neither Salem and Friends – Artists Among Us marketplace or the artists and crafters are responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier the seller uses due to weather, lack of staff, or any other reason. The buyer is responsible for paying for merchandise, following any and all instructions about the item from seller. Some products are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. 2.Buyers are responsible for payment of items. Merchandise will not be shipped until your payment is cleared by the company you choose to use at checkout. Buyers should follow any and all instructions on the care and use of the products they purchase.  3.  All artists and crafters are responsible for information errors written in their descriptions and are willing to work with the customer to resolve all issues that might occur. We apologize for any website downtime that is out of our control.         4a.  All work of artists is their own and have copyright properties. By state and federal law, there are consequences for others that copy, sell, or take possession of image or product.  4b. All images and descriptions are the property of Salem and Friends-Artists Among Us. They may be shared without the removal of the watermark www.salemandfriends.com . All artists and crafters belonging to, or formerly belonging to, Salem and Friends-Artists Among Us own their own work.  5. Any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or spam by any customer or seller will not be tolerated. By doing so, you will be blocked. 6. Artists and Crafters of Salem and Friends – Artists Among Us  marketplace will come and go, so check our website monthly and buy often. Handcrafted items may vary in color and slight differences. Some of our products are one-of-a-kind. Artists and crafters cannot guarantee to duplicate a handcrafted item exactly the same as another. Product materials may vary in color and/or texture.  Colors may appear different on other monitors or phones. 7. Salem and Friends – Artists Among Us marketplace wants to make your buying experience as easy as possible.
